Winn Farm is a family-owned company.  We have been in  the animal nutrition business for more than 50 years.
Our goal is to raise cattle in the most humane way in lush healthy pasture to produce meat with the highest amount of omega-3 fatty acids, CLA (conjugated linoleic acid), Vitamin-E, and Beta Carotene as possible.  
We feel we have achieved our goal in raising cattle that will provide greater tasting and more nutritious meat.  The cattle have been raised on a certified organic pasture and have not been treated with hormones or antibiotics.
When cattle are fed on grass/pasture diet, the meat will have more omega-3 fatty acids than even wild salmon, also the very highest attainable content of conjugated linoleic acid (CLA) vitamin-E, and beta carotene, as well as lower amounts of saturated fat.  The animal will be much healthier and will produce meat that will be better for human health.  
The beef is aged for 21 days.  You can purchase whole beef, half, quarter, or individual packages.
